    Leading up to your wedding day, try to give yourself at least 1-2 days a month to do something you enjoy! Like, actually set aside a couple hours to just enjoy yourself! That doesn’t include wedding planning!!

    Going out for a drink, going for a walk, watching your favorite movie, or a spa day!!

  • Set "Business Hours" for Wedding Planning!

    Yor 9-5pm job may take up most of your thoughts and energy - and trust me, the last thing you want to do is pla your wedding while exhausted or overwhelmed!

    Set aside a night (or two) to sit down with you partner and plan/finalize any details for an hour! This can help you stay on track, but also enjoy your engagement season + planning with your partner!

  • Have a Checklist!

    Having “deadlines” for what you should accomplish, can also help you relax leading up to your wedding day. When you check an item off your list, make sure all your questions are answered, or you are prepared to finalize an details as your wedding date comes closer!

    This is so simple, yet I am even a fault for not staying on top of my water intake. Staying hydrated can help you with your stress, sleep, and overall health!!

    Establish a skincare routine! Try going to an esthetician or dermatologist to see what would be helpful to achieve that “glow!”

    Ask for help!! No, really! You have so many people in your corner who would bend over backwards to make you day perfect! Asking for help can lighten the stress off your shoulders.
